Asbestos Abatement, encapsulation, decontamination and disposal - We follow procedures developed with years of experience in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulation, Chemical Hazards Regulation, and have incorporated industry best- practices from other external regulatory jurisdiction specific guidelines such as the EPA, NIOSH, and OSHA when performing asbestos removal.

 

Hazardous Material Assessment, Collection, Analysis & Air Quality Testing (Asbestos, Mould, Lead, PCB, Hydrocarbon, Etc.) - Remediclean Inc. maintains a strict conflict of interest policy to uphold professionalism and integrity in the environmental industries it serves. Remediclean Inc. does not directly assess, collect or analyze hazardous material samples. If asked to perform analysis, we subcontract professional, third-party environmental hygienists, consultants or engineers to perform these services. All Remediclean Inc. valued subcontractors maintain valid WCB clearances, insurance certificates and professional designations for the work they perform. Mould and Microbial Remediation – All mould remediation work is carried out by certified personnel in accordance with OH&S regulations, Canadian Construction Association guidelines, and other relevant guidelines.

Lead Removal, abatement, encapsulation, disposal – Lead paint, sheet lead, lead dust, and other lead-contaminated or lead-containing materials are removed within strict accordance with regulations.

PCB Removal – We remove and dispose Polychlorinated Bisphenyls commonly found in light ballasts, industrial equipment, electrical equipment, and other sources require special handling prior to building demolition or disposal.

 

Mercury Removal – We can remove and dispose your mercury thermostats, light bulbs, and other mercury containing materials.

 

Miscellaneous Environmental Hazards - We have experience in remediation of a variety of miscellaneous environmental hazards, incluidng but not limited to silica dust from concrete block or concrete slab, hantavirus, histoplasmosis, biological hazards, hydrocarbon contaminated materials, grow-op cleanup, ozone-depleting substances, hexavalent chromium or other hazardous products which may require special precautions, equipment or training.
